In the event an item is damaged or does not appear to be new the consumer must contact the freight company directly and quote the shipping reference number to seek compensation.

Spyproducts.com.au dispatch items from the Australian warehouse by 1600 hrs EST Monday – Friday excluding Public Holidays. If there is an error with your order, an item is out of stock or for unexpected reasons Spy Products cannot dispatch your item within the above timeframe you will be notified in writing via email with regular updates.
