How discreet is your shipping?
Orders are sent in plain padded mailers or boxes. There is no branding, no mention of surveillance in the return address and nothing inside that advertises us. Billing on your statement is discreet too.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. Orders placed before 3 pm AEDT are dispatched the same day, and express delivery is free on orders over $199.
Are these legal to use?
Most products are legal to own and to use on your own property or vehicles. Recording private conversations, or installing a device on someone else's property, is restricted and the rules differ in each state.
Do you have a showroom or pickup?
No. We are an online store, with no showroom, walk-ins or pickup. Every order is shipped, and our team is on the phone if you want to talk a product through first.
What if I don't know what I need?
Call us on 1300 853 460 and tell us what you're trying to do. We'll recommend a product that suits.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 3 pm AEDT on a weekday are dispatched the same day. Express delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days, depending on where you are in Australia.
How much is shipping?
Express delivery is free on orders over $199. For smaller orders, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return a product?
Yes. Sealed, unused products can be returned within 30 days for a refund, less return shipping. Opened or activated devices can't be returned for change of mind. See Returns and warranty.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. GPS trackers, audio recorders and hidden cameras all come with a 12-month warranty. If a product is faulty you are also covered by Australian Consumer Law for a refund, replacement or repair.
Does the GPS tracker need a SIM card or a subscription?
The GPS tracker comes with a SIM card and a 3-month monitoring plan included, so it works out of the box. Get in touch with us about plans after the first 3 months.
Do you ship overseas?
Not at the moment. We deliver to Australian addresses only.
Do you do bug sweeps?
Yes. We sweep homes, offices and vehicles for hidden cameras, listening devices and trackers. Vehicle sweeps start from $1,300 and home sweeps from $3,000. See TSCM bug sweeps to request a private quote.
How do I get 10% off?

Is it easy to set up? Is there a manual?
Yes. Every product page has a product guide you can download as a PDF, and you can call us if you'd like help setting it up.
How long does the battery last on the audio recorders?
It depends on the model. Continuous recording runs from about 19 hours to 14 days, and some models last weeks on standby. The Audio Recorders page has a table comparing them side by side.
