Every order ships in unmarked packaging. No "Spy Products" branding on the outside, no telltale device imagery, no return-address mention of surveillance. Your tracking notification is sent by SMS to the number you provide — never by email.

Billing Descriptor

Charges appear on your card statement discreetly. We never describe individual products on bank or card statements.

Dispatch Times

• Sydney metro: Same-day for orders placed before 3 pm AEST
• NSW (regional): Next business day
• Other states: 2–4 business days via Australia Post Express
• International: Not currently shipped — Australian customers only
