Sealed Goods — 7 Day Refund

If you change your mind, return any sealed and unused product within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less return shipping. The product must be in its original sealed packaging.

Opened or Activated Devices — Not Returnable

For hygiene reasons (devices used on-person) and operational-security reasons (we cannot resell a device that may have been deployed), we do not accept returns of opened or activated products. Please make sure you've spoken with one of our specialists before purchase if you're unsure.

Faulty Products — Australian Consumer Law

If a product is faulty, not fit for its intended purpose, or doesn't match its description, you are entitled under Australian Consumer Law to a refund, replacement or repair. This applies in addition to any manufacturer warranty.

Manufacturer Warranty

• GPS Trackers: 12 months
• Audio recorders: 12 months
• Hidden cameras: 12 months
• SIM monitoring plans: not refundable after activation

How to Return

Email hello@spyproducts.online with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a return shipping label and process the refund within 5 business days of receipt.
