Common questions
Do I have to pay a monthly fee?
No. The app is free to use and there is no contract with us. Three months of SIM data is included. After that you can ask us for a 12 month data plan, or use a prepaid SIM and we will help you set it up.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 1 month on standby from one charge. How often it reports its location changes how long it lasts.
How accurate is it?
To within about 5 metres when it has a clear view of the sky.
Can I track any vehicle?
Only track vehicles and property you own or have permission to track. Tracking someone without consent can be against the law. Read our lawful use page.
How fast is delivery?
Orders in by about 3 pm AEDT on a weekday go out the same day, in plain packaging with no product names. Delivery is free on orders over $150.
What if it is not right for me?
You have 30 days to return it, and it comes with a 12 month warranty. Start a return on our returns page and we will email you the steps.
